Every service in the x402 catalogs is classified by what it sells, from the seller's own route
descriptions, into 22 categories
(how, and the full list). This page compares what is
offered to agents (services in the catalogs) with what agents
pay for
(settlement to rated services in the last 14 days, at agent scale, after the exclusions of the
rating). 4,211 services offered, 2,096 rated, $19,642 settled.
The catalogs offer most in Developer utilities (11% of the services offered). Agents pay most for On-chain execution and payments (41% of the settlement of rated services in 14 days).
Offered counts every host in the catalogs with a primary
category; rated counts the hosts with a rating today; organic agents are summed over services, so an
agent that pays two services counts twice. Settlement is the same figure as on each service page.
The category is assigned
by a model from the seller's descriptions, version v1: data about what the seller
says, not a judgement of the service. Each category links to its list; the figures are in the open
dataset (categories-latest.csv).
